These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Proserra, an AI-assisted property marketing studio (the "Service"). By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, or generating any content with the Service, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Proserra uses artificial intelligence to generate real estate listing descriptions, headlines, highlights, area research, and related marketing content from the information you provide. The Service is a drafting aid. It does not provide legal, financial, appraisal, or professional real estate advice.

2. AI-Generated Content and Your Responsibility to Verify

Content produced by the Service is generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or statements that are not appropriate for your property, jurisdiction, or intended audience. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and verifying every listing before you publish, distribute, or otherwise rely on it.

3. Accuracy of Your Inputs

The quality and accuracy of generated content depends on the details you enter. You represent that the property information, pricing, specifications, and other inputs you provide are accurate, lawful, and that you have the right to use them. Proserra generates content from your inputs and does not independently verify them.

4. Fair Housing and Legal Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you publish complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including fair housing, advertising, and consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction. While the Service aims to avoid non-compliant language, you must review each listing for compliance before publishing.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service to create false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent listings.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party's rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service or its underlying systems.

6. Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, you retain rights to the property details you submit and to the final listings you publish. The Service, its software, branding, and design remain the property of Proserra.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Proserra does not warrant that generated content will be error-free, complete, or suitable for publication.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proserra and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, generated content — including content published without verification. This includes losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or unverified information supplied by the User.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
