When you enable area research, the Service performs web searches using the location details you provide to gather local context. Information returned from the web should be reviewed and verified before you rely on it in a published listing.

We retain your account email and saved preferences for as long as your account is active so that the Service can tailor future listings. Property inputs are processed to produce your listings and retained only as needed to operate the Service.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

You may use the Service without providing an email, in which case your preferences will not be saved between sessions.
