• Your monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle — they don't roll over.
• Annual plans still receive their credits monthly (e.g. Professional = 15/month, not 180 at once).
• Purchased top-up credits (5, 10, 25 or 50) stay valid up to 12 months and are used after your monthly allowance.
• Brokerage credits are a shared team pool — adding seats increases seat capacity, not your monthly credits.
